Interior Products

It is often difficult to envisage just how stained glass panels could enhance a house interior particularly a modern house but we have recently been working on an 'applique' method of gluing stained glass to mirror glass and then onto a wall or mirror. A recent example was for a customer who had a major problem with the large mirror on the side of his bath. Water had leaked behind the mirror and resulted in the loss of the silvering film on the back. We suggested a solution which did not involve replacing the large mirror.

'Applique' work

De-silvering of mirror alongside the bath       Re-vamped bathroom with 'appliqued' glass pieces

Not only has this 'applique' method covered over the de-silvering problem but has completely transformed the bathroom. Apart from a small amount of disruption whilst the stained glass pieces were fitted, there was nowhere near the mess that would have been caused by replacing the mirror. A simple yet aesthetically pleasing solution to quite a difficult problem. If this is a method that you think might work for you, then contact us for a free no-obligation quote. Internal Doors

Providing extra light into a room whilst maintaining privacy is easy to achieve with stained glass panels.  A minimal amount of woodworking is involved and the results are extraordinary in terms of not just providing extra light but also aesthetically pleasing colour.
