Private Tuition

Ian Lonsdale has run several courses at local venues but they difficult to organise so rather than arranging specific dates, I prefer to have you contact me by email and I will put your name on a list for when I run the next course at a local venue. The weekend beginner courses involve approximately 14 hours work and cost around £150 per person excluding food and accommodation. For those who live reasonably close to Vintage Glass Studio, I can arrange weekday courses which are run over a 7 week period (2 hours per week) and cost £150 per person. There is an additional charge of £20 per person to cover the cost of materials supplied as each student will make a small stained glass panel to take away with them.

I have also run courses for the more advanced student who has undertaken a beginners course and wants to undertake a specific project such as a door panel or window.  This requires more space and less students can be accommodated so the cost for a weekend course is £200 per person and any required supplies such as glass or lead can be provided at additional expense.
